FLOWTRADE.ai

Live AI-Native Trading Infrastructure for Disciplined Capital Deployment

FLOWTRADE.ai is live in controlled proprietary-capital deployment.

The current production configuration operates with real capital under defined execution, exposure, drawdown, monitoring, and reconciliation controls.

FLOWTRADE is not a signal product.

It is not a trading dashboard.

It is trading infrastructure built to convert market intelligence into controlled capital allocation.

What FLOWTRADE Does

FLOWTRADE separates signal intelligence, execution, risk, and governance into distinct but connected operating layers.

AIZEN informs.

Inteli-Trade evaluates and executes.

FLOWTRADE governance controls whether capital is exposed.

No prediction becomes market exposure automatically.

Market intelligence must pass through execution evaluation, position sizing, portfolio constraints, risk controls, routing, monitoring, and reconciliation before capital is deployed.

Why This Matters

Most AI trading systems focus on prediction.

FLOWTRADE focuses on what comes after prediction:

  • execution;

  • position sizing;

  • portfolio constraints;

  • risk controls;

  • monitoring;

  • reconciliation;

  • governance.

The opportunity is not simply to build another model.

The opportunity is to build the infrastructure layer that turns market intelligence into governed execution.

Current Stage

FLOWTRADE has progressed beyond research into controlled live deployment.

The current phase is institutional hardening: strengthening the infrastructure, reporting, legal structure, operating controls, reconciliation, and pilot-readiness foundations required for institutional review.

Supporting evidence is maintained privately and is shared according to diligence stage.

Access Process

FLOWTRADE uses a staged information process.

1. Public GitBook

This public GitBook explains the operating framework, platform architecture, governance model, and current company stage.

It is intended for general review by potential investors, partners, and qualified counterparties.

2. Investor Whitepaper

Interested parties may request the Investor Whitepaper.

The whitepaper provides a deeper explanation of FLOWTRADE’s thesis, architecture, development path, operating model, and institutional-readiness roadmap.

3. Private Data Room

Serious qualified investors and diligence reviewers may be granted access to the private data room.

The data room contains supporting evidence across:

  • live operating history;

  • validation methodology;

  • exchange-ledger reconciliation;

  • risk controls;

  • technical architecture;

  • model-governance process;

  • commercial roadmap;

  • capital plan;

  • restricted diligence materials.

Access to the private data room is provided only where appropriate and subject to confidentiality and diligence procedures.
