Governed Model Fleet

FLOWTRADE operates a governed model-fleet framework.

The purpose of the model fleet is to separate live capital from research, verification, and challenger configurations.

New configurations do not become eligible for live capital simply because they produce strong headline results.

Each configuration must move through a governed promotion process before it can be considered for controlled deployment.

Promotion Principle

FLOWTRADE separates:

  • development;

  • out-of-sample testing;

  • blind validation;

  • walk-forward validation;

  • live-market paper verification;

  • controlled production.

A configuration that performs well in one stage but fails to remain stable, executable, or risk-compliant in the next stage is not promoted.

Promotion is earned through evidence.

No configuration advances to controlled live proprietary-capital deployment on headline performance alone.

Why This Matters

The governed model fleet allows FLOWTRADE to remain adaptive without becoming discretionary.

It supports continued research and improvement while preserving capital discipline, risk control, and operational reviewability.
